We will at all times maintain in place, effective policies and procedures (including the due diligence procedures for its suppliers, subcontractors and other participants in its supply chains) to ensure that slavery and human trafficking (as defined in the Modern Slavery Act 2015) is not taking place in any of its officers, employees or other persons associated with it has ever been: (i) convicted of any offence involving slavery and human trafficking; or (ii) the subject of any investigation, inquiry or enforcement proceedings by any governmental, administrative or regulatory body regarding such an offence.
