One of our US Law Firm clients and one of the largest Law Firms in the world is seeking a Senior LPM Analyst to join their ranks on a permanent basis in the London office.

Hybrid working available ( 3 in office / 2 remote)

The Senior LPM Analyst will support the Firm’s business and clients through matter engagements, budgeting, on-going matter lifecycle support, and reporting/monitoring to help promote increased profitability and scalability, while working alongside multiple other teams and departments.

 

Responsibilities of the Senior LPM Analyst:

  • Support the Legal Project Management function with strong Excel skills, Firm LPM resources (e.g. PowerBI, Smartsheet), external programs (e.g. Preqin) or other data analysis and project management tools to manage, track, pull, and analyse information and data
  • Create and deliver matter management workflows to ensure diligent monitoring and assist in driving profitability
  • Assist the London pricing team with data and analytics to prepare estimates and budgets
  • Engage in meetings with partners regarding matter statuses, billing expectations and timelines, updates to matter plans etc
  • Partner with colleagues in Client Operations, Pricing, Knowledge Management, and other Business Services groups to provide project support
  • Maintain project trackers and budget repositories to ensure statuses are up to date to facilitate oversight and reporting
  • Troubleshooting and correcting any issues

 

Requirements for the Senior LPM Analyst:

  • Relevant degree or qualification is essential
  • 3-4 years of law firm experience preferred, working in or with a legal project management team
  • Exposure to private equity highly desired
  • Excellent Excell skills
  • Experience leading calls with attorneys at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Must be proactive, a self-starter, and highly organised
