Prestigious Global law firm client is seeking to hire a Reward Specialist on a Permanent basis. The Reward Specialist will report into the Head of Compensation & Benefits and work alongside the Benefits Specialist.
Up to £45,000 experience dependent
Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
9:30am – 5:30pm
Reward Specialist Key Responsibilities:
Collation and submission of data for our London and international offices into external salary surveys.
Conduct analysis and benchmarking of salary survey data
With the Head of Compensation & Benefits, project manage the annual global remuneration review process.
Administer our UK regulatory reporting.
Work with the Benefits team to ensure that our reward strategies are appropriate.
Assist Head of Compensation & Benefits and CPO to prepare budgets.
Reward Specialist Key Skills & Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience withing a benefits or rewards role within a law firm.
Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson survey methodology would be an advantage.
Experience in utilising compensation systems and incentive schemes.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Project and people management skills.
Strong MS Excel skills.
