This highly regarded UK Law Firm has an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Manager to lead on firmwide marketing plans.

Salary £60,000

Hybrid Working – 2 Days Office / 3 Remote

The Marketing Manager will report directly into the Head of Marketing and work with all fee earners and support groups across the firm. You play a pivotal role in leading the firm’s continuous marketing strategy, campaigns and projects, taking charge on all elements of the marketing mix whilst working close with the Business Development team. There will be line management responsibilities in the role with a team of 3 to oversee across marketing, events and CRM.

Marketing Manager responsibilities include;

• Act as lead and champion for the firm’s services and brand strategy, ensuring consistency and transparent content across all print and online marketing channels
• Oversee Marketing budget and work with business services teams and vendors
• Manage the firm’s online presence, including website updates, SEO optimisation, and social media engagement
• Oversee internal / external events, seminars, and webinars to enhance client relationships and attract new business
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular reporting on marketing success stories and targets for senior management, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement

Marketing Manager requirements;

• Legal industry experienced Marketing Manager with 3-5 years’ experience in a law firm
• Strong academics, ie, degree educated AND / OR marketing qualifications
• Confident working knowledge of CRM and digital marketing platforms
• Line management experience preferred
• Be results driven, proactive, enthusiastic, imaginative and a strong influencer
