Marketing & BD Executive

Leading international IP firm are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing and BD Executive to support their business growth initiatives on a full-time basis.

  • Salary £40,000-£45,000
  • Hybrid working (2 days office / 3 days remote)
  • Liverpool St

Reporting into the newly hired Head of BD & Marketing, this role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Marketing & BD Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and business development strategies and all associated activity
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Generate leads and explore new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content
  • Manage social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
  • Track and analyse marketing campaign performance to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
  • Developing and project managing marketing collateral and content for legal directories, award submissions, the website and client communications

Marketing & BD Executive Skills & Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum experience in marketing, business development within the legal industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and business development principles
  • Experience with social media management, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools
  • Knowledge of SEO and online advertising strategies
