Established and expanding US law firm seeks a Recruitment Specialist to join their Legal Recruitment team in London, this role is a permanent position.

Recruitment Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, attract, and recruit experienced legal professionals to join the firm.
  • Build and manage relationships with respected recruitment consultants in the legal market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and law schools.
  • Plan and execute graduate recruitment programme cycle from year to year.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the firm’s talent needs.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to Senior Management.

 

Recruitment Specialist Key Skills & Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience within a global law firm.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates through their written communications, resumes and conversations.
