HR Operations Coordinator – 12 Month FTC – Hybrid Working

A top law firm is looking to hire a new HR Operations Coordinator on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. The HR Operations Coordinator supports the efforts of the Firm’s Human Resources (HR) department, working with the HR Operations team to provide a seamless HR Operations service.

• Up to £35,000 experience dependent
• Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

HR Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the London HR Operations inbox, ensuring queries are allocated to team members as appropriate.
• Take the lead with maintaining / auditing the PeopleSoft database for the London, Paris, Brussels & Riyadh offices. Conducting the weekly audit of joiner information.
• Support the HR Operations team in testing bug/issue fixes, system enhancements and developments to PeopleSoft.
• Coordinate the International offices on the transfer and secondment process, in line with the US.
• Responsible for accurately updating PeopleSoft with all payroll data changes for the London office.
• Preparation and validation of the monthly payroll information for the London office.
• Assist the HR Operations team with preparing and reviewing process documentation across the function.
• Schedule meetings, manage diaries and take accurate meeting notes as requested.

HR Operations Coordinator Key Skills & Requirements:
• Previous experience in a professional services Human Resources Team
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to multi-task, be proactive and stay organised
• Excellent attention to detail
