HR Assistant – UK Law Firm

A top UK Law firm is looking to hire a new HR Assistant on a permanent basis they are looking for someone extremely organised as this is a fast paced, high-volume role. This role is perfect for an experienced team Assistant, HR Assistant or an accomplished Senior Administrator looking to take the next step.

Up to £35,000 experience dependent
Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
Friendly and collaborative culture and working environment

HR Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and organisational support to the HR Management Team
Manage any tenders that come to HR
Support the HR Team with operational annual projects
Support HR Social Committee with managing the social budget and planning and arranging events
Take an active role in assisting with policy changes and updates
Complete all tenancy, mortgage, and ex-employee reference requests
Support the HR Operations team with reviews and reports as requested
Complete the annual SRA and Barrister renewals

HR Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:

Previous experience in a professional services Human Resources Team
Strong MS Office skills
Ability to multi-task, be proactive and stay organised
Excellent attention to detail
