French Speaking Receptionist

 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a French speaking Receptionist to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent basis.  Alongside traditional reception / front-of-house duties, you will also provide officewide support to assist with ad-hoc administration tasks as needed.

French Speaking Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting, greeting, and interacting with clients, visitors, and staff
  • Book meeting rooms and manage conference room set ups – before, during, and after meetings
  • Internal call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages via email
  • Organising and assisting with hospitality and events
  • Deal with office wide ad-hoc administrations requirements such as requests for printing, photocopying, binding, travel plans etc.

 

French Speaking Receptionist Skills & Requirements:

  • Fluent French language skills are essential for this role
  • Previous experience in a law firm is advantageous, professional services essential
  • IT literate and strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
