Leading US law firm is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to join their London Office on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an Admin or Facilities Support professional looking to take the next step in their career.
• Salary up to £33,000

Facilities Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative tasks and functions related to the office facilities and functions of the London office such as general maintenance and repairs, vendor relations etc.
• Assist with coordination of office maintenance programs, construction projects, office moves as directed
• Member of the office emergency response team
• Participate in office security operations, including updates to security system, maintenance key card program
• Act as administrative contact with internal and external parties
• Oversee external parties (such as contractors) when they are on site
• Oversee the Facilities Helpdesk Inbox
• Take ownership of the New Joiners Inductions and Building Tour
Facilities Coordinator Key Skills & Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ of admin/facilities support within a Law Firm or Professional Services environment
• Proficient in office systems (e.g. BMS, Zutec, Simmtronic, Lighting System)
• Working knowledge of H&S Assessments, Permit to Work, Risk Assessments and Ergonomic Assessments
• IOSH accreditation is perferred
• Confident with MS Office
