European Senior HR Manager
Leading US Law Firm is seeking a European Senior HR Manager to join them in their London office, reporting directly into the Director or Administration, the European Senior HR Manager would work across the firms London and additional European offices.
Salary to £120,000
Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)

The European Senior HR Manager will collaborate with the US and European offices to ensure the firms HR service is expertly and professionally delivered.
Key Responsibilities of the European Senior HR Manager:
• Support the firm European offices, implementing HR initiatives that allow for employee engagement and promote a positive working culture.
• Supervision of HR team
• Develop and monitor HR policy, firm performance and budgets
• Supervise and manage Secretarial team including development and performance reviews
• Work with Benefits teams across all offices to maintain and improve benefits offerings
• Lead on complex ER issues and advise the HR Team and other business leaders on cases and investigations
• Oversee employee onboarding process
• Ensure the firms HRIS is properly updated
• Promote DEI initiatives across the firm
• Work with Training Partners to ensure professional development and learning programmes are up to date and relevant
Key Skills and Experience for European Senior HR Manager:
• 5+ years HR Management experience
• CIPD Qualification
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Previous experience working cross jurisdictionally would be desirable
