Administrative Assistant

Prestigious international law firm based in stunning offices in the City are looking to hire a new Administrative Assistant on a permanent basis to join their busy Property & Casualty team.

Salary to £26,000
Hybrid split available (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Previous experience in a law firm or wider professional service is highly desirable. The role will be supporting other Legal Secretaries in the department and will work with Lawyers of all levels from day one.

Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Assisting other Secretaries in the team with any tasks they may require
Diary management, arrange meetings and conference calls and liaising with clients
Comprehensive inbox management and dealing with correspondence where necessary
Collating documentation for meetings and circulating agendas in advance
Carrying out research as may be required
Booking video/conference calls, meeting rooms and required refreshments
Responsible for assistance of financial management and billing for clients
Drafting/typing of confidential matters for Partners
Assisting in creating presentations and meetings papers for Partners/Fee-Earners
Proof-reading of all documents to ensure the delivery of work of the highest quality
Involvement in committees and steering groups relating to secretarial/administrative support/processes for the wider firm

Administrative Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:

Candidates will ideally have some experience working a similar role within a Law Firm or wider Professional Services
Be familiar with office software
Strong communication and organisational skills and a keen, ready to learn attitude
Cilex course or similar would be beneficial
