Hybrid working – 3 Days Office / 2 Remote – Hours – 9.30am to 5.30pm

The Business Development Executive will provide support to the Business Development Manager and Senior Campaigns Manager with the development and execution of Regulatory business and marketing plans inline with firmwide plans to help in the identification and creation of opportunities to win new business. You will have come from a legal background, understanding a range of terminologies and able to build rapport and brand awareness with Regulatory and firmwide Partners.

 

Business Development Executive Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Action any ongoing publications and campaigns, identifying opportunities to in line with client need
  • Coordinate and project manage the production regular podcasts and vlogs
  • Collaborate with Partners and Marketing / BD teams to develop marketing collateral (e.g. capability statements and other promotional materials)
  • Working with the Comms teams to ensure that Regulatory related social media, intranet, website and other online networking opportunities are championed
  • Assisting the Head of Department in co-ordinating and collation of content for internal newsletters
  • Support the Bid Manager with content and the delivery of bids, proposals, client presentations and capability statements
  • Supporting the BDM in the production of high quality submissions for selected directory and award categories
  • Working with the Events team to ensure accuracy with the full events cycle and annual calendar
  • Collaborate with the Knowledge Team produce regular competitor and client analysis and insights
  • Liaise with the CRM team to maintain and develop InterAction lists for target markets and key campaigns

 

Business Development Executive Key Requirements:

 

  • Degree educated or studying towards recognised marketing qualification, ie,  CIM
  • Minimum 18-month business development / marketing experience working in a law firm or professional services environment, preferably with a focus on Regulatory law
  • CRM systems knowledge (preferably InterAction)
  • Advanced PowerPoint experience
