Acclaimed American law firm who has had a strong London office presence for over 30 years is hiring a Professional Development Coordinator to join the growing wider HR team on a 15-month fixed term basis:
£45,000 salary
Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
15-month fixed-term contract
Professional Development Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Professional Development Manager in coordinating the delivery of legal and professional development training
Assisting with trainee seat rotations and qualification process
Help coordinate the lawyering orientation process for new trainees, associates and counsel
Coordinate the associate reviews in the firm’s Asian and European offices, as well as lawyer training across the firm’s European offices
Key requirements for the Senior Professional Development Advisor include:
2 years+ Professional Development experience from a law firm
Exceptional written, communication and organisational skills
Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
